Identifying the effects of 10-k sentiment analysis on returns

Here, I performed regression on housing using the housing_train.csv dataset. With more exploration of the data, I was able to find that different attributes of home sales result in stronger correlation between the eventual sale price.

Financial Modeling and Risk Analysis for Startup

For the Lehigh Consulting Group, my team worked with the startup company 3 Dimensional Captures. The company creates 3D tours of rental properties in the student housing market. For our project, we conducted financial modeling, risk and sensitivity analysis, and applicable tax and financial incentives for the company to pursue.

Career Objectives

As a Finance professional with an interest in mortgage finance, global procurement, and AI in supply chain, my career objectives are centered around leveraging my expertise in these areas to drive innovative and sustainable solutions.

As an Incoming Multifamily Real Estate Finance intern at Freddie Mac, I am excited to apply the skills I have learned, and learn more about the Mortgage industry!

Hobbies

Some of my hobbies include snowboarding, mountain biking, D.C. sports, and golfing (usually poorly!).
